求助，SD卡可以启动，Flash无法启动

Hi,

我的一块板，用SD卡img可以顺利启动，一切问题没有，然后用NAND启动前面一切顺利，结果每次到FS加载的时候要么卡死，要么跑飞，但是同样的img，我还有一块板子确是好的，开始怀疑Flash坏了，我把Flash芯片和一块好的板卡交换了，结果现象跟着板子的，原来好的板子还是好的，有问题的板子到了那个位置还是卡死或飞掉。求大神帮忙看看是哪里出问题了会导致这样？为啥SD卡可以跑过，NAND死掉。
