刷nand后出现如图，启动不了

之前的A20可以正常启动，最近新买了6块板子，用cubian-nandinstall刷了之后重启如图，使用cubian-nandinstall1.1.1没用，重刷多次无用，改uEnv.txt中的boot字段为nand3，nanda也没用，求帮忙
